The Association

Lighthouse Pointe Marina Condominium Association (LHPM) is a vibrant waterfront community located in Lower Township, New Jersey. The association is responsible for the management and maintenance of the marina’s common areas, 9 residential condos, 158 boat slips, 15 commercial properties, and the shared amenities, ensuring a high standard of service for all unit owners.

Governed by five elected Board of Trustee owners, LHPM operates in accordance with the Master Deed and By-Laws, which outline the rights and responsibilities of unit owners and the Board. The Board is dedicated to maintaining the marina's facilities, enforcing rules and regulations, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all members.

Owners enjoy access to secure boat slips, shared common areas, and a seasonal clubhouse. The association also ensures the upkeep of the marina’s infrastructure, including repairs, landscaping, and necessary improvements to maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Meetings of the Board are held regularly and are open to members, offering transparency and an opportunity for owners to stay involved in the management of their community. The Board welcomes participation and feedback to help make informed decisions that benefit all members.
